☆SUP(Stand Up Paddle)

リハビリを兼ねてSUPに挑戦しました。　先日、専門医から左手の麻痺（ギターやピアノなどできなくなりました。）は、完治しないとの説明を受け、落ち込んでいましたが、初めてのSUPに挑戦する（左手は添えるだけで右手でしっかり漕ぐ）ことができました。できることを増やしていこうと思います。
