打ち合わせの後、青山通りを歩いていたら…
カナダ大使館の前を通り、あまりに懐かしくてパチリ。　若かりし頃、通訳職として勤務していました😅 当時はLocal content(保護主義政策の一環として、国内産業の保護と育成を目的に、製品やサービスの生産過程で国内資源や労働力の一定割合を使用することを求める制度。これにより、国内経済の強化や雇用創出、技術発展が期待される）の協議など貿易摩擦のまっただなかでした。今はなき、Cirque du Soleil （モントリオールのサーカス団）関連イベントも多かったような。　建物は、ほとんど、変わっていませんでした！なつかし〜

After the meeting, while walking along Aoyama Street… I passed by the Canadian Embassy and felt so nostalgic that I took some snapshots.   When I was young, I worked there as an interpreter. At that time, we were right in the middle of trade friction discussions, including negotiations on local content (a system requiring a certain percentage of domestic resources and labor to be used in the production process of goods and services as part of protectionist policies aimed at protecting and fostering domestic industries. This was expected to strengthen the domestic economy, create jobs, and promote technological development). There were also many events related to the now-defunct Cirque du Soleil (the circus troupe from Montreal). The building itself has hardly changed at all! It brings back fond memories.
